Indecent Xposure Presents: High Society with Kaytranada, High-Klassified, Static Gold, Oh No! Yoko & Quills

***Congrats to Alexandre Belkowski who won the pair of tickets for this venue***

Join the musical aristocracy this Friday April 19th with “High Society” brought to you by Indecent Xposure, with A-list performers Kaytranada, High-Klassified, Oh No! Yoko (Vancouver), Static Gold and Quills.

The ticket is 10$ for two before 11 PM. We know this show is gonna be bonkers because we hit IX’s previous event, Friends with Benefits, and the party was off the chain !

Kaytranada & High Klassified, two of Montréal’s most noted producers in both Hip Hop and electronic music, will undoubtedly take the crowd to new heights with their signature blend of trippy funky hip hop. They both emerged from the Alaiz Crew (Laval) and are part of Montréal’s burgeoning  beat scene also known as “piu piu”.

Kaytranada

Kaytranada is getting a lot of shine these days. The Haitian-born producer and DJ joined labelmakes Ta-Ku and Sango under HW&W records in Los Angeles. His music’s been getting mad exposure. His Boiler Room (L.A.) set has been listened to over 22 000 times on Soundcloud. At only 20 years old, he’s already received respect from MTL vets like Lunice and is set to tour Europe soon. His funky Hip-Hop productions and mixes have made him one of the most sought-after DJs in the city. Be sure to check out his Kaytra Todo EP that just came out last month, and his Live for The Funk mix.

High Klassified:

Beat junkies locally and worldwide have been catching on to High Klassified’s sound since since he came up with the excellent instrumental banger “London Flexing”, which was later released with his Flexury EP. Since then, High Klassified has been making a name for himself with his own trademark beatmaking style he describes as “spacey & trill”. He recently performed at Igloofest and 2013 is looking like it’s gonna be a huge year for this Laval piu piu beat smith. Listen to and download his Neo Reflexion EP:
